- All-India retail inflation based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI) fell to a provisional 0.25% in October 2025, the lowest year-on-year rate in the current CPI series (base 2012=100), MoSPI said on 12 November 2025.
- The Union Cabinet chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi approved the Export Promotion Mission (EPM) on 12 November 2025 with an outlay of ₹25,060 crore for FY 2025–26 to FY 2030–31, to boost exports especially by MSMEs, first-time exporters and labour-intensive sectors.
- The Union Cabinet on 12 November 2025 specified or revised royalty rates for graphite, caesium, rubidium and zirconium, minerals important for green energy and high-tech uses, to encourage auction of blocks containing them.
- The Union Cabinet approved the Credit Guarantee Scheme for Exporters (CGSE) on 12 November 2025, under which the National Credit Guarantee Trustee Company (NCGTC) will give 100% guarantee cover to lenders extending up to ₹20,000 crore of additional collateral-free credit to eligible exporters, including MSMEs.
