The Ministry of Labour & Employment signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Microsoft in New Delhi on 10 December 2025, in the presence of Union Minister Dr Mansukh Mandaviya and Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella. Under the Labour Ministry–Microsoft MoU, Microsoft will encourage more than 15,000 employers and partners from its global network to join the Ministry's National Career Service (NCS) platform. The MoU will also expand AI-driven skilling through DigiSaksham in AI, cloud, cybersecurity and productivity tools.
