Delete your SF Prep account

For the SF Prep website and the SF Prep: Mock Test & Analysis Android app, by Dial N Search Private Limited

You can ask us to delete your SF Prep account and the data linked to it at any time. This page explains how, what gets deleted and what we have to keep.

1. How to ask for deletion

Email reachus@dialnsearch.com with the subject Delete my SF Prep account.
Include the WhatsApp number you sign in with. We may send a message to that number to confirm the request comes from you.
We delete the account within 30 days of confirming, and reply when it's done.

2. What gets deleted

Your WhatsApp number and profile (name, date of birth, gender).
Your learning activity: practice, tests, results, DPPs, bookmarks, saved sets and preferences.
Sign-in sessions and app notification tokens.

3. What we may keep

Records of ad-free plan purchases (Google Play order number, dates, amount), for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Basic technical logs, only as long as needed to run and secure the service.

4. Before you delete

Deleting your account doesn't cancel an ad-free subscription. Cancel it first in the Google Play app: Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

Deleted progress can't be recovered. If you sign in again later with the same number, you start with a new, empty account.
