- The Election Commission of India said on 13 November 2025 that the Bihar Assembly Elections 2025 recorded a polling percentage of 67.13%, the highest ever since 1951, with zero repolls and zero appeals during the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls.
- India and Nepal exchanged a Letter of Exchange amending the Protocol to the India–Nepal Treaty of Transit in New Delhi on 13 November 2025, during talks between Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal and Nepal's Industry, Commerce and Supplies Minister Anil Kumar Sinha.

- The Inland Waterways Authority of India (IWAI) said on 7 November 2025 that the Kalughat Intermodal Terminal in Saran district, Bihar, had been handed over to a PPP operator and that cargo operations had begun at the Haldia Multi-Modal Terminal in West Bengal, both under the Jal Marg Vikas Project on National Waterway-1.
- The Election Commission of India said on 7 November 2025 that no re-poll was recommended in any of the 121 Assembly constituencies that voted in Phase-I of the Bihar Assembly elections, after post-poll scrutiny of Form 17A (Register of Voters) and other poll-day documents.
