- The Government of India and JICA signed six loan agreements worth JPY 191.736 billion in New Delhi on 27 March 2025 under Japan's Official Development Assistance, covering projects in Tamil Nadu, Delhi, Assam and Punjab.
- The Finance Ministry said on 27 March 2025 that the Centre will borrow ₹8 lakh crore through dated securities in April–September 2025, 54% of the ₹14.82 lakh crore gross borrowing budgeted for 2025-26.

- The Ministry of Defence signed contracts worth about ₹6,900 crore in New Delhi on 26 March 2025 for 155mm/52 calibre Advanced Towed Artillery Gun Systems from Bharat Forge and 6x6 gun-towing vehicles from Tata Advanced Systems.
- The third session of the India–Uganda Joint Trade Committee was held in New Delhi on 25–26 March 2025, the first in 23 years, and agreed to explore MoUs and a Joint Business Forum.
- Raksha Rajya Mantri Sanjay Seth flagged off joint expeditions to Mount Everest and Mount Kangchenjunga from South Block, New Delhi, on 26 March 2025.
