NHAI's InvIT completes largest road-sector monetisation of over ₹18,000 crore

It raised about ₹8,340 crore in unit capital and ₹10,040 crore in debt, taking total realised value over four rounds above ₹46,000 crore. The money will buy highway stretches in Andhra Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand, Gujarat (Gandhidham–Mundra) and Chhattisgarh (Raipur–Bilaspur) at a concession value of ₹17,738 crore. Units were issued at ₹133.50, above the 31 December 2024 NAV of ₹131.94.
