For the Sahitya Akademi Award 2025, books published between 1 January 2019 and 31 December 2023 can be submitted with an application form by 28 February 2025, according to Akademi Secretary Dr K. Sreenivasarao. Advertisements announcing the change were released in major newspapers in all 24 languages.
