Civil Aviation Ministry sets up 24×7 Passenger Assistance Control Room
The Ministry of Civil Aviation said on 28 December 2025 that its round-the-clock Passenger Assistance Control Room at Udaan Bhawan has resolved about 13,000 passenger grievances since 3 December 2025.
