Summary

Indigenous silver nanowire-based conductive ink technology was transferred to two startups at an event at NIT Warangal, Telangana, on 10 January 2025. The recipients were Chematico Technologies Private Limited, incubated at IIT Ropar, and Vasanthbala Functional Materials Pvt Ltd, incubated at NIT Warangal. The technology was developed under a project funded by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) and jointly implemented by IIT Ropar and NIT Warangal. The ink is used in flexible electronics, RFID tags, wearable devices, sensors, displays and solar panels.
