Safety works used 84% of their allocation, capacity augmentation ₹76,048 crore of ₹1,09,238 crore (69%) and customer amenities 80% (₹9,575 crore). Railways linked a decade of capex to 164 Vande Bharat and 30 Amrit Bharat services, Kavach and over 99% electrification of the broad-gauge network.
