Three ships of the Indian Navy's Eastern Fleet, the guided missile destroyer INS Delhi, fleet tanker INS Shakti and anti-submarine warfare corvette INS Kiltan, concluded their port call at Manila, Philippines, as part of an operational deployment to South East Asia, the Ministry of Defence said on 5 August 2025. Under the command of Rear Admiral Susheel Menon, Flag Officer Commanding Eastern Fleet, the ships engaged in a bilateral maritime exercise with Philippine Navy ships on 3–4 August 2025 on departure.
