The Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) released the twenty-fifth edition of the monthly NeSDA Way Forward report for States/UTs, for May 2025, on 19 June 2025. States and UTs provide a total of 21,062 e-services, with the largest share (7,065) under Local Governance and Utility Services, and 424 new e-services added since the last report, Tripura adding the most. Of 2,016 mandatory e-services (56 for each of the 36 States/UTs), 1,599 are online, a saturation rate of over 79%. Sixteen States/UTs crossed 90% saturation, while Maharashtra and Uttarakhand reached 100%.
