The Ministry of Tribal Affairs launched the 7-day second Regional Process Lab (RPL) of Aadi Karmayogi, the National Mission for Responsive Governance, in Bhopal on 22 July 2025. The mission aims to build a cadre of 2 million grassroots functionaries and village-level change leaders to improve last-mile service delivery in tribal areas. The Bhopal lab trains State Master Trainers from Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Uttar Pradesh. The mission is aligned with PM-JANMAN and the Dharti Aaba Janjatiya Gram Utkarsh Abhiyan (DAJGUA).
