Inflation in Primary Articles was 7.0%, in Fuel and Power 27.41% and in Manufactured Products 7.48%, while the WPI Food Index (weight 24.99%) rose 6.14%. Mineral oils, food articles, basic metals and chemicals were the main drivers. Provisional WPI figures are released on the 14th of the following month, so the July 2026 data is due on 14 August 2026.
