Tripura's Directorate of Information Technology and MeitY's National e-Governance Division held a workshop on 'AI for Good Governance: Driving Transparency, Efficiency & Impact' at Pragna Bhawan, Agartala, on 16 May 2025.

Summary

The Directorate of Information Technology (DIT), Government of Tripura, with the National e-Governance Division (NeGD) of the Ministry of Electronics and IT, organised a sensitisation and capacity-building workshop on 'AI for Good Governance: Driving Transparency, Efficiency & Impact' at Pragna Bhawan, Agartala, on 16 May 2025. Held as part of NeGD's capacity-building initiative, it aimed to improve understanding and adoption of AI in governance among senior state officials, and drew over 150 officers from various departments. Tripura IT Secretary Kiran Gitte gave the welcome address.
