Underwater welding and offshore repair programme launched at IIT Guwahati
Union Ports, Shipping & Waterways Minister Sarbananda Sonowal attended the inauguration of the Underwater Welding, Offshore Repair and Additive Manufacturing (3D Printing) initiative at IIT Guwahati on 22 November 2025.
