The 6th ASEAN–India Digital Ministers' (ADGMIN) Meeting was held virtually on 16 January 2026 with the theme 'Adaptive ASEAN: From Connectivity to Connected Intelligence'. It was co-chaired by Telecom Secretary Amit Agrawal and Viet Nam's Minister of Science and Technology Nguyen Manh Hung, and approved the ASEAN–India Digital Work Plan 2026. India offered indigenous, cost-effective digital solutions to ASEAN partners and highlighted its Sanchar Saathi initiative for telecom user protection and fraud prevention. ADGMIN is an annual forum of telecom and digital ministers of the 11 ASEAN Member States, including Timor-Leste, and ASEAN's Dialogue Partners.
