Muzaffarpur–Charlapalli is the first Amrit Bharat train from Muzaffarpur to South India, and Chhapra–Anand Vihar is the sixth Amrit Bharat train from Bihar to Delhi. With these, 26 of the country's 30 Amrit Bharat Express services run from Bihar. Vaishnaw said Bihar's annual railway budget has risen from about ₹1,000 crore before 2014 to about ₹10,000 crore, and the state's network is fully electrified.
