South Eastern Coalfields Limited's Dipka Megaproject in Chhattisgarh loaded its first coal rake from a new Rapid Loading System and Silos 3 and 4 on 21 February 2025, raising its dispatch capacity to 40 million tonnes a year.

On 21 February 2025 Coal India subsidiary South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL) loaded the first coal rake from the newly built Rapid Loading System and Silos 3 and 4 at its Dipka Megaproject in Chhattisgarh. The new Dipka CHP-Silo First Mile Connectivity (FMC) project has an annual evacuation capacity of 25 million tonnes; with the earlier 15 MTPA Merry-Go-Round system, Dipka's total dispatch capacity rises to 40 MTPA. SECL has taken up 17 FMC projects with a combined capacity of 233 MTPA under the PM Gati Shakti plan, of which 9 projects of 151 MTPA have been commissioned and the remaining 8 (82 MTPA) are due in two to three years.
