The two-day Research–Industry–Startup–Entrepreneurship (RISE) Conclave 2026 concluded at the Chennai Trade Centre, Tamil Nadu, on 15 February 2026. Science and Technology Minister Dr Jitendra Singh had inaugurated it on 14 February. Its Startup Expo featured more than 100 startups linked to technologies developed by CSIR laboratories, including CSIR-CLRI, CSIR-CECRI and CSIR-SERC. At the valedictory session, the directors of the three laboratories gave awards to winning startup and student teams.
