The Quality Council of India (QCI), in collaboration with the Government of Nagaland, organised Gunvatta Sankalp Nagaland in Kohima, a one-day event on raising quality standards in healthcare, education and skilling, industry and MSMEs, and tourism. Nagaland's Minister of Tourism and Higher Education Temjen Imna Along gave the keynote address, and QCI Chairperson Jaxay Shah spoke. Nagaland is the fourth state for the initiative after Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat and Odisha.
