President Murmu opens 2nd Bharatiya Kala Mahotsav at Rashtrapati Nilayam, showcasing Western India

President Droupadi Murmu inaugurated the 2nd edition of the Bharatiya Kala Mahotsav at Rashtrapati Nilayam, Secunderabad, on 21 November 2025.

Summary

The nine-day 2nd Bharatiya Kala Mahotsav showcases the cultural heritage of Gujarat, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Goa, Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu, after the first edition introduced visitors to the heritage of Northeast India. It is organised by Rashtrapati Nilayam with the Ministries of Culture, Textiles and Tourism. The festival is open to the public from 22 to 30 November 2025, 10 am to 8 pm, with free entry.
