The ICA Global Cooperative Conference and General Assembly were being held in India for the first time in the ICA's 130-year history, hosted by IFFCO with the ICA and the Government of India, along with AMUL and KRIBHCO, from 25 to 30 November. Bhutan's PM Tshering Tobgay, Fiji's Deputy PM Manoa Kamikamica, Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah and ICA President Ariel Guarco attended. The PM said India has 8 lakh cooperative societies.
