PM Modi in Bhutan: 1020 MW Punatsangchhu-II inaugurated, ₹4,000 crore credit line announced

Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit to Bhutan on 11 November 2025 saw the inauguration of the 1020 MW Punatsangchhu-II Hydroelectric Project, built under an India–Bhutan bilateral agreement, and the announcement of a ₹4,000 crore Line of Credit to Bhutan.
