PM GatiShakti turns four: 'PM GatiShakti – Offshore' and 'PM GatiShakti Public' launched
Marking four years of the PM GatiShakti National Master Plan on 13 October 2025 in New Delhi, Piyush Goyal launched 'PM GatiShakti – Offshore', the 'PM GatiShakti Public' platform and the roll-out of District Master Plans to all 112 Aspirational Districts.

On 13 October 2025 in New Delhi, Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal marked four years of the PM GatiShakti National Master Plan (NMP), launched on 13 October 2021, which integrates geospatial data from more than 57 Central Ministries, Departments and States/UTs. He launched 'PM GatiShakti – Offshore', a digital platform for integrated planning of offshore development that pulls together data on offshore wind, solar, tidal, wave and ocean thermal energy, oil and gas, and ecology from several ministries. He also launched 'PM GatiShakti Public' on the Unified Geospatial Interface, giving regulated access to non-sensitive datasets to the private sector and public. PM GatiShakti District Master Plans, first built for 28 Aspirational Districts in October 2024, are now being rolled out to all 112 Aspirational Districts. A Knowledge Management System and Compendium Volume-3 were also released.
