On 5 October 2025, the Ministry of Panchayati Raj explained the People's Plan Campaign (PPC) 2025–26, 'Sabki Yojana, Sabka Vikas'. It was launched across all States and UTs on 2 October 2025 to start preparing Panchayat Development Plans (PDPs) for 2026–27. The PPC was first launched on 2 October 2018. Gram Sabhas review earlier Gram Panchayat Development Plans (GPDPs) using eGramSwaraj, the Meri Panchayat App and Panchayat NIRNAY. This year there is a special focus on tribal empowerment through the Adi Karmayogi Abhiyaan. Article 243G of the Constitution asks Panchayats to prepare plans for economic development and social justice, and PDPs cover the 29 subjects in the Eleventh Schedule. Gram, Block and District Panchayats prepare GPDPs, BPDPs and DPDPs respectively. As of 29 July 2025, more than 18.13 lakh PDPs had been uploaded on eGramSwaraj since 2019–20, including over 17.73 lakh GPDPs.
