The 4th Adi Karmayogi Regional Process Lab (RPL) was inaugurated in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, on 1 August 2025 by Odisha's SC & ST Development Minister Nityananda Gond. The week-long programme, held under the Dharti Aaba Janjatiya Gram Utkarsh Abhiyan, aims to equip tribal frontline functionaries for responsive, people-centric governance. It brings together 25 selected participants from Jharkhand, Bihar and Odisha and is facilitated by the Bharat Rural Livelihoods Foundation. The Adi Karmayogi programme of the Ministry of Tribal Affairs uses a cascading model in which trained State Master Trainers lead state and district process labs.
