NSCSTI 2.0 framework for civil service training institutes launched

On 18 July 2025, Union Minister Dr Jitendra Singh launched the National Standards for Civil Service Training Institutes 2.0 (NSCSTI 2.0), developed by the Capacity Building Commission.

Union Minister Dr Jitendra Singh launched the National Standards for Civil Service Training Institutes 2.0 (NSCSTI 2.0) at the Civil Services Officers Institute (CSOI) on 18 July 2025. Developed by the Capacity Building Commission (CBC), the revamped framework sets standards to help civil service training institutes improve. Dr Singh compared it to the Aspirational Districts Programme, saying it encourages institutes to introspect, innovate and pursue excellence, and called Mission Karmayogi a global model for civil services reform.
