NICDC Logistics Data Services Limited (NLDSL) and the Directorate of Industries & Commerce, Government of Punjab, signed an MoU on 7 July 2026 to support the digital transformation of Punjab's logistics through the Unified Logistics Interface Platform (ULIP). NLDSL will help the state build a connected logistics system with real-time data exchange across departments, aimed at industries, MSMEs and exporters. ULIP is an API-based gateway that currently integrates 46 systems across 12 Central Ministries and Departments through 142 APIs, covering over 2,000 data fields, and has enabled more than 260 applications and over 450 crore API transactions. A ULIP workshop for senior state officials followed the signing.
