NHAI launches Raajmarg Infra Investment Managers for its first public InvIT

The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) launched Raajmarg Infra Investment Managers Pvt. Ltd. (RIIMPL) in Mumbai on 20 November 2025 as the investment manager for its proposed public InvIT, Raajmarg Infra Investment Trust (RIIT).

Summary

NHAI's RIIMPL, launched by NHAI Chairman Santosh Kumar Yadav, has equity participation from SBI, PNB, NaBFID, Axis Bank, Bajaj Finserv Ventures, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, IDBI Bank, IndusInd Bank and Yes Bank. The public InvIT will mainly target retail and domestic investors, and about 1,500 km of operational National Highways will be placed in it over the next 3–5 years. NHAI has so far monetised assets worth ₹48,995 crore through the Toll-Operate-Transfer model and raised about ₹43,638 crore in four rounds of private InvITs.
