The National Health Authority (NHA) announced the winners of the NHCX Hackathon, held under the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM), at the NHCX Innovation Meet at IIT Hyderabad on 6–7 March 2026. The hackathon ran from 22 to 28 February 2026 and received 112 submissions across five problem statements on health insurance claims. The National Health Claims Exchange is one of the three gateways under ABDM and gives hospitals, insurers and patients a common digital system to exchange claims data. Partners included IRDAI, IIT Hyderabad, the General Insurance Council and NABH.
