NCC marks run-up to 78th Raising Day with wreath-laying at National War Memorial
The National Cadet Corps (NCC) held a wreath-laying ceremony at the National War Memorial, New Delhi, on 22 November 2025, led by Defence Secretary Rajesh Kumar Singh and DG NCC Lt Gen Virendra Vats, ahead of its 78th Raising Day on 23 November.
