On 10 October 2024, at Mira Bhayandar, Maharashtra, the Indian Navy's Missile cum Ammunition Barge LSAM 12 (Yard 80), the sixth of eight, built by MSME shipyard SECON Engineering Projects, was launched.

On 10 October 2024, at the launch site of M/s Vinayaga Marine Petro Ltd, Mira Bhayandar, Maharashtra, the Indian Navy launched Missile cum Ammunition Barge LSAM 12 (Yard 80), the sixth of eight such barges being built by MSME shipyard M/s SECON Engineering Projects Pvt Ltd, Visakhapatnam. The contract for the eight barges was signed between the Ministry of Defence and SECON on 19 February 2021. The barges are indigenously designed and built under Indian Register of Shipping rules; model testing was done at the Naval Science and Technological Laboratory, Visakhapatnam.
