The Indian Navy's 11th Ammunition cum Torpedo cum Missile (ACTCM) barge, LSAM 25 (Yard 135), was launched on 8 September 2025 at M/s Suryadipta Projects Pvt Ltd, an MSME shipyard in Thane, Maharashtra. Rear Admiral Vishal Bishnoi was the chief guest. The contract for eleven ACTCM barges was concluded on 5 March 2021, and the barges are indigenously designed and built with an Indian ship design firm and the Indian Register of Shipping. Model testing for seaworthiness was done at the Naval Science and Technological Laboratory (NSTL), Visakhapatnam. The shipyard has delivered ten of the eleven barges so far.
