Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma, Union Ayush Minister of State (Independent Charge) Prataprao Jadhav and Rajasthan Deputy Chief Minister Prem Chand Bairwa attended. NIA grew from an Ayurveda college set up in 1976 into India's first Ayurveda Deemed-to-be University. A new OPD block, an advanced operation theatre and simulation lab, and the Dhanwantari Upvan were inaugurated during the celebrations.
