Madhya Pradesh Cabinet extends Saksham Anganwadi and Poshan 2.0, approves Badwah–Dhamnod four-lane road

The Madhya Pradesh Cabinet chaired by Chief Minister Mohan Yadav in Bhopal on 22 December 2025 approved continuing the Saksham Anganwadi and Poshan 2.0 schemes for five years, 2026-27 to 2030-31, in line with Centre-approved norms for the 16th Finance Commission period. The MP Cabinet also gave ₹2,508.21 crore administrative approval for the 62.795-km Badwah–Dhamnod four-lane road under the Hybrid Annuity Model. The MP Cabinet approved ₹434.58 crore for the WINDS (Weather Information Network and Data System) programme under the Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana, with automatic weather stations in every tehsil and automatic rain gauges in every gram panchayat.
