Panchayati Raj Secretary Vivek Bharadwaj inaugurated a three-day Training of Trainers (ToT) programme on 'Generation of Own Source Revenue by Gram Panchayats' at the Indian Institute of Public Administration (IIPA), New Delhi on 23 June 2025. The Ministry organised it under the Rashtriya Gram Swaraj Abhiyan (RGSA) in collaboration with IIM Ahmedabad, which prepared the training module.
