Coal Secretary Vikram Dev Dutt, the Coal India chairman and CMDs of all coal and lignite PSUs reviewed reforms and a roadmap for energy security. Dubey highlighted better coal stocks at power plants, lower coal imports and foreign-exchange savings, and a growing contribution from captive and commercial coal blocks.
