The Ministry of Electronics and IT launched the Digital Brand Identity Manual (DBIM) and held the first Chief Information Officer Conference in New Delhi on 18 February 2025.

On 18 February 2025 MeitY launched the Digital Brand Identity Manual (DBIM) and held the first Chief Information Officer (CIO) Conference in New Delhi, presided over by Minister of State Jitin Prasada and Secretary S. Krishnan. DBIM is part of the 'Gov.In: Harmonisation of Government of India's Digital Footprint' initiative and standardises colours, typography and icons across government websites. The launch included the DBIM toolkit, the Gov.In CMS platform, a Central Content Publishing System (CCPS) and social media campaign guidelines, along with a DBIM-compliant MeitY website.
