On the final day of his three-day Tripura visit, Union Minister for Development of North Eastern Region Jyotiraditya Scindia laid the foundation stone of the ₹450 crore Matabari Tourism Circuit at Narkel Kunja, Dumbur Lake; Chief Minister Manik Saha joined virtually. The circuit will integrate the Tripura Sundari Temple, Chabimura and Dumbur Lake, with floating jetties, eco-friendly resorts and tourist facilities. DoNER is contributing ₹276 crore.
