Lucknow bench of Central Administrative Tribunal gets its own building after 38 years

Union Minister Jitendra Singh and UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on 14 April 2025 inaugurated the building of the Lucknow bench of the Central Administrative Tribunal in Gomti Nagar; the bench was set up in 1987.

Union Minister Dr Jitendra Singh, who is in charge of the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT), and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath jointly inaugurated the building of the Lucknow bench of the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, on 14 April 2025, Ambedkar Jayanti. The bench was established in 1987 and got its own office building after 38 years. The project cost about ₹25 crore and was funded by DoPT, the administrative ministry of CAT.
