An Indian delegation led by Raksha Rajya Mantri Sanjay Seth attended the opening ceremony of the 17th Langkawi International Maritime and Aerospace Exhibition (LIMA 2025) at Langkawi, Malaysia on 20 May 2025. The five-day event was inaugurated by Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim. Seth inaugurated the India Pavilion, which showcased indigenous technologies including BrahMos and HAL-made Dornier aircraft. An Indian Naval ship was also to take part. LIMA was established in 1991 and is held biennially. India and Malaysia established a Comprehensive Strategic Partnership in 2024.
