The Logistics Ease Across Different States (LEADS) 2024 report was released by Union Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal in New Delhi on 3 January 2025. The LEADS 2024 report, the sixth edition, assesses States and UTs on four pillars: Logistics Infrastructure, Logistics Services, Operating and Regulatory Environment, and the newly introduced Sustainable Logistics. States are grouped as Coastal, Landlocked, North-Eastern and Union Territories and graded as Achievers, Fast Movers or Aspirers; Piyush Goyal also felicitated LEAPS 2024 award winners and launched a 15-hour PM GatiShakti course of Gati Shakti Vishwavidyalaya.
