The Ministry of Labour and Employment signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Rapido in New Delhi on 29 April 2025 to strengthen employment linkages in the logistics sector through the National Career Service (NCS) portal, in the presence of Union Minister Mansukh Mandaviya and Minister of State Shobha Karandlaje. Rapido is to bring 50 lakh livelihood opportunities to the NCS platform over 1–2 years, including 5 lakh jobs for women. The NCS portal has over 1.75 crore active job seekers and over 40 lakh registered employers. Rapido co-founder Pavan Guntupalli spoke at the event.
