Labour Minister Mansukh Mandaviya virtually inaugurated a two-day regional conference in Goa on 7 January 2026, the first of six planned to smooth implementation of the four Labour Codes, in force since 21 November 2025, and to discuss ESIC, EPFO and the PM Viksit Bharat Rozgar Yojana.

The Ministry of Labour and Employment held a two-day Regional Level Conference in Goa from 7 January 2026, virtually inaugurated by Labour Minister Mansukh Mandaviya. It is the first in a series of six regional conferences covering all states and UTs, aimed at smooth implementation of the four Labour Codes and at issues concerning ESIC, EPFO and the Pradhan Mantri Viksit Bharat Rozgar Yojana (PMVBRY).
