Coal and Mines Minister G. Kishan Reddy launched two digital platforms on 29 October 2025: the Koyla Shakti dashboard and the Coal Land Acquisition, Management portal (CLAMP). Koyla Shakti, also called the Smart Coal Analytics Dashboard (SCAD), brings the coal value chain from mine to market onto one real-time interface, linking coal companies, railways, ports and end users. CLAMP is meant to make land acquisition in coal-bearing areas more transparent and faster.
