The second leg in Gulmarg drew over 900 athletes from 25 States and UTs, after the first leg in Ladakh in January. Mandaviya announced that future Gulmarg editions will become a 15-day event combining sport, tourism and culture, and that a National Centre of Excellence for winter sports will be set up in Jammu and Kashmir.
