The Centre for Development of Telematics (C-DOT), the R&D centre of the Department of Telecommunications, built it on TRINETRA, its AI-powered, indigenous cybersecurity platform that monitors endpoints, network traffic and user behaviour. The 24x7 SOC will secure computers and critical infrastructure at the police headquarters, city commissionerates and police stations.
