The 2026 theme is 'Jan Aushadhi Sasti Bhi, Bharosemand Bhi, Sehat Ki Baat, Bachat Ke Saath'. The camps promote generic medicines sold at Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Janaushadhi Kendras under the Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Janaushadhi Pariyojana (PMBJP), a Department of Pharmaceuticals scheme launched in November 2008 and implemented by PMBI.
