On 4 November 2024 at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, the International Solar Alliance (ISA) held the seventh session of its Assembly with representatives from 103 Member and 17 Signatory countries. India was the sole contender for President, while France won the contested Co-Presidency against Grenada, for the 2024â26 term. Eight Vice Presidents were elected, two from each of ISA's four regional groups: Ghana and Seychelles (Africa), Australia and Sri Lanka (Asia and the Pacific), Germany and Italy (Europe and Others), and Grenada and Suriname (Latin America and the Caribbean). Union Minister Pralhad Joshi is the President of the ISA Assembly.
